Just got my car back and the entire experience with all staff across the board was simply amazing. The repairs were expedited and completed in less than half of the estimated time which came as a pleasant and welcomed surprise. I am so appreciative of the constant communication and assistance and am so pleased with the quality of the work. Hopefully i will not need body work again but if I did, I would not hesitate to return to Awin for their impeccable service and friendly staff. A+++
Repaired my car quicker and cheaper than I ever expected them to. Really incredible staff. Hopefully, I wont have to return to a bodyshop but if I had to - I would 100% would be coming back here!
We’ve been with Land Rover for a couple years now and no issues until now. We brought are ranger rover in more than a month ago as there was an attempted theft which resulted in a shattered rear window, damaged rear passenger window, wiring issues, multiple scratches/scuffs on the vehicle. Apparently once the dealership is done with their fixes (non body work) they send it to a third party (AWIN) and just forget about it. A week or so went by after the dealership finished their work and we still hadn’t received an update. I called multiple times to get an update and finally got one and they said to reach out to AWIN as their job is “done”. AWIN made us wait another week for them to fix the scratches and all the body work, but when they told us to come and pick it up, we noticed that they hadn’t fixed a lot of the scratches that was noted down with their customer support person. So now, we have to wait again as they have to send it back to the body shop to get it fixed. Another couple weeks which is unacceptable. Not only should the dealership be accountable, AWIN should be as well. How do you miss not fixing one of the biggest scratches on the vehicle when everyone was noted down to begin with Is there no process to check everything before sending it out to the customer Unacceptable that we have to wait another week! Very frustrating!
My car was rear ended a few weeks ago and the damage looked to be minimal but the repair was quite extensive due to the parts and paint required to fix the bumper and back hatch. From the moment I called to the minute I left with my fully repaired car I was taken care of with what I would call “white glove” service. They are the preferred body shop for my insurance company and I’m happy I took their advice to take my car there. Special thanks to Alice who is exceptional in her role on the administration side as well as Shant who oversaw the repair work. My car was in for over a week. I was given a rental car and had drivers pick me up and return me to AWIN without any issues. All in all a very pleasant experience even though I hope I never have to return for a post accident repair. 10/10
I went to the Land Rover sales office for repairs, and they referred me to this auto body shop. Apparently, I was supposed to book an appointment, but no one told me—so I walked in. The woman at the counter greeted me with a face like thunder, clearly displeased, and dismissively told me to sit and wait without another word. Charming. Twenty minutes later, a man showed up. I took him to see the car, and the first thing he asked was whether I’d be claiming insurance. I said I hadn’t decided and needed to speak with the other party. What did he do next? He didn’t even examine the car. Didn’t touch it, didn’t look properly—just took two seconds to toss out a random quote: “It’ll be over $5,000.” I asked for a breakdown—parts, labor, something. He told me he had no clue. Not “I’ll check,” not “Let’s look into it.” Just “don’t know.” And to make it worse, he said the only way to find out was to completely dismantle the car—then added, with zero hesitation, that it might go “over $10,000.” Right. Convenient. To my knowledge, The $5,000 figure is exactly the minimum threshold that requires filing a police report to obtain an incident case number. Ticky. I've been around cars long enough to know that you can usually provide a rough estimate based on the model and visible damage. He didn’t even pretend to try. That vague “over five grand” number? That’s not a genuine quote. It’s a trigger—designed to scare you jumping into the insurance-repair game. Even I am claiming the other party's insurance, I want to have a fair play. This guy was not just unprofessional, he showed a real insurance game.
I brought my car here on a recommendation and after seeing positive reviews. My car was damaged on multiple panels after getting sideswiped on the road. From the beginning Chris was extremely communicative, walked me through the process, and kept me updated as the week went on. I dropped my car off on Monday after work and it was done by Friday. And that side looks brand new, even better than it looked before the accident! Chris even took the time to point out and fix minor details unrelated to the accident that I wouldn’t have even noticed. Great service all around and I will definitely be recommending AWIN to friends and family!
I recently had to repair my car, which was very upsetting. However if not for the accident, I would not have met the very helpful, friendly, diligent and expert members of AWIN Advanced Auto Body. I worked mostly with Alice at the front desk, and Wayne who oversaw repair of my car. Both were very forthright in explaining the process and timing to get the repair done, and endeavored to beat expectations. AWIN thoroughly investigated all the parts needing replacement, managed correspondence and budget approvals with my insurance company, coordinated the rental car, and executed the repair ahead of schedule. The work itself is flawless. In particular, I very much appreciated that AWIN accommodated my pre-planned vacation, juggling their own schedule to help me out with my own logistical juggling. Bottom line, my car is like new again, but I'm better off as a person for having met the AWIN team. Thanks Alice, Wayne and AWIN.
