Emily was great, she was there to guide me through the process of where to go for my car rental along when my car is complete with the repair. I've been here twice for different work on my 2005 Buick Rendezvous. Both times great work. My sides were scratched from a parking lot column. They fixed it and it's like new. This shop is my go-to place for body work.
My friend was in a fender bender and took his car here. They did a great job at a really reasonable price. Coincidentally 3 days later my car was rear ended with almost the same damage. The place my insurance company instructed me to go to was almost 6x the price.
These clowns wanted $35 for a written estimate, I got three other estimates including a different Carstar at no cost, I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow for repairs at this location.
