I had the privilege of dealing with Ari, Bev and Kartik at York Mills Auto Shop. Starting with the helpful and polite receptionists and continuing with the others, was a pleasant and a joyous experience. My car was damaged during a collision and the stress of it was totally and absolutely reversed by the end result of fixing my car. The fixed car looks impeccable and perfectly gorgeous. The quality of this center is exceptional, providing the full package of great professionals, efficient and competent, complemented by great quality customer care. We fixed our cars in this Center before, after accidents, using insurance. Never had any issues with the quality of the repairs. This time around, the car just broke down and we, remembering high quality, took it there for repairs. Mechanic told us that the driveway bing belt broke down and new belt plus labour would be $800. We agreed, knowing that the new belt would last at least 100k. That was 4 months ago! The car started making same noise and this time around we took it to a different place for a second opinion. The mechanic said it was a driving belt again! We said it was recently replaced by York Automotive Center to which he replied that they probably installed a very cheap belt replacement. Therefore, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They lie about quality of the materials they install.
Big up York Mills Automotive Helped me with many car problems and repairs. The most respectful, professional, real, friendly spot for this. I do recommend anyone needing a fix or a tune up, this is the spot for it.

Warning! This is the worst place to have your car fixed. The guy named Shawn in the bodyshop is very dishonest and untruthworthy. He was so cunning to lure me with his good advice' when I was there for the estimate, then made false statements to the insurance appraisaer in manipulation. After I found out and confronted him, he was so rude and discoloured the call. Furthermore, the manager named Bev exacerbated the problem by refusing to accept any responsibilities and careless about how their deliberate omissions had hindered my repair. I would not recommend to have anything to do with this business.
