I bought front brake pads and rotors from them for my 2015 Volvo XC60 and they give me best price. Total cost was $200 and closest bid was from Canadian tire and was $380. Big difference, good deal.
I have bought a starter from this Auto Parts shop and the mechanic broke it. I felt frustrated cause I wanted to save a few bucks by getting my own parts. I called J&H auto part and without any trouble they told me that they will replace it for me without any extra charges ! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but I really appreciated his quick and professional response and good service! J&H is by far one of the best auto parts shop in town!
They are very overpriced and customer service is not very good. I bought a rear calliper pin(Carlson 14285) which usually costs $12, they charges me $20.00 + tax. Yup, round number $20, they just came up with it on the spot. They are one of the closest stores near me who said they could get the part so just went along with it. They were suppose to call after the part was ready for pickup, which they said within 2 hours. After calling them back after 5 hours, they said they were busy and forgot to notify me. Come on guys, you can do better!
Gotten to know Auto Spot Parts Depot over the last year. Apart from their great pricing, they are foremost knowledgeable and provide great customer service.
