I went Thier to replace my battery even I bought it from different place the guy Matthew he helped me very well. He is so nice. He gave me new battery right away and saved me entire day . I really appreciate. Would suggest evryone to go this place for your car care.
Found all the parts I was looking for. 2014 Hyundai veloster pcv valve and ngk oem spark plugs, and an oil treatment can to clean up that filthy 1.6 gdi garbage. Called 6 Hyundai dealers and none of them a simple part like a pcv valve in stock, and they’re not networked so couldn’t tell me if any other dealers had it. Very impressed with Napa parts. Thanks.

First time visiting this location, was a little difficult to see as its all the way in the back of the plaza. But its nicely laid out, a little on the smaller side, I used to frequent the Chesswood location until it closed down. I was assisted by Cito, what an excellent employee! It's not very often you walk into a retail store of any kind and speak to someone who is on the ball. Particularly when they know their flyer and what products are on sale. I was recommended to buy one and saved myself almost $200 as I was prepared to purchase either. I certainly hope he gets some recognition for his outstanding service, I will be sure to frequent this location going forward.

Incredible integrity, great attitudes; all around good guys. Would recommend I travel for a living and do alot of mechanic/maintence work. As a result and I can honestly say as someone whose been to Napas cross country this is one of the best. These guys will go above and beyond what is necessary.
