Had a great experience with Mehdi and his team. About two years ago, the transmission on my 2005 Lexus ES 330 went at around 220,000 km, which was unfortunate to say the least. After shopping around, these guys gave me a solid deal and got the part here in record time. Fast forward to now — my car was recently broken into during a bachelor trip in Montreal (word to the wise: never park on the street down there with an Ontario plate — or if you do, just leave your car unlocked at that point). I needed a right rear window replaced, and after being told by several other shops that they couldn’t source the part, Mehdi came through again, getting it within a couple of days and at a very reasonable price. Overall I’m very satisfied with the customer service and honesty here. Knock on wood, but if I have any other issues with my car, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended
Do not trust these guys. THEY ARE LIERS. They scammed me over $5,000 replaced parts that do not work and even recommended to change my batteries and other parts which are not bad. You work with them at your own disadvantage.
We have a civic car, the driver side door was rust and we felt embracing to drive it out. This store find a used civic door with exact colour. Because we are not in Toronto and only available at Saturday. So, the store arrange the appointment on Saturday and did a great job to replace the door. The price is good too, it is 1/3 to replace new door by dealer. We are very satisfied with their service.
Do not trust them . Do not waste your money. I bought a sunroof it was useless he provided with rust and i returned that item I didn’t get my money back finally lost my money. Stealing money from innocent customers.
I had a wonderful experience with the Manager and staff of this excellant service shop. I had got engine swap on my ford escape and great thing is that I had to visit the shop only once and that too to pickup the car. Mr Mehdi was very curtious, kept his words and extended very high quality of service. I had got my car dropped through CAA and rest all was taken care off by the shop management. I will strungly recommend this auspecious facilty for all major and minor repair works.
