Wow I wish I could give more stars. I found them by chance when searching for a solid wood vanity. They were so patient and helpful, and did some custom modifications for me. They were communicative, and the packing for the shipment was very impressive. Highly recommended.
Came to take a look at the vanities on Saturday at 2pm. The maps were showing that they are open, but the store was closed. No one picked up the phone as well. Please update your hours so you are not wasting anyone’s time.
Came in from out of town to visit the store today based on a recommendation. Arrived 30 minutes before the closing time listed on Google. However, after ringing the doorbell and knocking, we were not let inside by the gentleman sitting at his desk. Please update your hours. Or at least treat potential customers with respect, and come to the door to explain the situation.

Overall my wife and I were amazed with the level of their customer service.
The quality of all their products is very high. Their products are mostly made in Canada - so no need to deal with shortages due to global supply issues. The gentleman worked with his supplier to expedite delivery to meet our deadlines. That said, we had to pay a 30% restocking charge to return a pricey item. So always know the return policy when working with small-scale suppliers.
