You have an employee there Jr. please re-train, rewire, re-brand or fire him. He is not good for business. For a small business, I'm guessing he doesn't own, he surely is not customer focused. We all need to get our pay to survive. He however seems like nobody or nothing matters to him but his pay. No even customer satisfaction or maintaining a good name for Vanity Centre.
Junior at Vanity Centre was amazing: kind and patient and were very happy with all our selections. Last Fall we got three vanities and a bathtub with fixtures for the tub and shower and vanities. He made sure we got a good price and was very quick to respond. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

My husband and I were looking to renovate our bathroom. We could not find what we were looking for all in one place so we had to travel from store to store to try and find what we needed. Finally, we visited Vanity Centre and found everything for our bathroom, at reasonable prices. We purchased all on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon it was delivered to our home. Moe was extremely helpful! After installation, we had a small issue with our bathtub faucet, when we called Moe, he immediately called the supplier and had a replacement for us the next day. To go one step further, he reimbursed us the full amount for the faucet because of the inconvenience. I would suggest anyone who is looking to redo or enhance their bathroom visit Vanity Centre and talk to Moe!
(Updated my review from 1 to 5 star) - I had initial hiccup initially for return but the gentleman here has really high communication ethics. Changed my impression through their service - 1 to 5 stars, and I would buy more from them. --- We are rebuilding entire house and bought first shower system from North York location and quite dissatisfied with the store manager (gentleman taking the order was great). At the time of pick-up of our order we told them that we want to replace with smaller shower heads and she said she would charge 75% of my invoice as ‘restocking fee’. Very upsetting - she could have helped but decided not to. I have decided NOT to buy rest of the bathroom and kitchen materials from them. Least I can do is inform everyone.
Your one stop shop for home Renos. I was in to check out their vanities, but to my surprise, they carried it all! I purchased almost all my items here for a bathroom reno. Junior is super knowledgeable and he answered all my questions and made the right suggestions. Tons of parking and above and beyond costumer service.

Very pleasant and welcoming store environment, and after the first purchase of a vanity, we returned multiple times to purchase many other bathroom accessories and even hardwood floor. The customer service from Sarah and her team was over the top, including follow-ups and check-ins throughout our project, all done with a personal touch. We would not hesitate to recommend Vanity Centre to anyone who is looking at renovating bathrooms.
