Been buying extensions here for years and would think there would be some sympathy when the extensions I bought literally had a quarter the amount of hair than usual but nope. Paid TONS of money for barely any hair and the manager did absolutely nothing to help me. Never coming back.
Friendly and helpful when I walked in. Lot in stock and a better location than the other locations. I’ll definitely hit this place up when I’m in the area in the near future
I just want to shout out everyone who works here. It is extremely rare to find a beauty supply that excels in customer service. Every time I come, the staff is very helpful and actually knows what they are doing. This is a big contrast to the supply store across the street. They also have way better accessories in this store that are fairly priced. I definitely recommend supporting them if you are in the area. I drive 40 minutes because I prefer good customer service over convenience.
I enjoy shopping at this store. There is more attention to customers than in most hair and beauty product stores. The prices are good. The cashiers and the sales persons are always super friendly and knowledgeable about the items they sell.
My daughter and I went to the Beauty Collection at Keele and Shepperd and bought a bonnet. The box stated that it was extra large. However, when we opened it at home, to our suprise we found that the bonnet was extremely small and looked nothing like the image on the box. The next day, I went to return it to get the right size. The cashier refused to refund or even exchange it. She looked at the bottom of the box and said it was damaged. This is the area where they put the round circle that they scan. We did not even open it from that side. I spend over $70 there and they could not even exchange one item for me. Please be careful when you buy stuff there. Open and look at it before you leave the store. I will never put my foot back in there.
You know when it says on the shelf “don’t open the products ask for an associate” yeah i didn’t open the products, i bought something. Ended up not wanting it because i research the the ingredients online and its not good for the little kids. When i went back to do an exchange they won’t accept it because the manufacturer doesn’t seal the products. I didn’t know because i never opened the product. So they need to reiterate if a product is final sale or not because were not supposed to open products and ask for an associate instead.
The worst customer service ever asked a girl in braids questions regarding wigs and her response was like she didn't want to help or answer that's why black people can't get along I will never come back here talk to your staff because at the end of the day we are spending money on your store
