had such a great experience, I am an acupuncturist getting into micro needling. ROSA was amazing and answered SOO many questions I had. I cannot recommend her enough if you have questions for anything. She was extremely patient and super knowledgeable on EVERY serum, you truly have a great employee natali products! cant wait for my order :)
Amazing customer service — delivery is always on time and everything is packaged so well. My in-store experience was just as great; the staff assisted me right away when I came in to purchase a few boxes of their amazing wax. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and easy! Highly recommend — they have a great selection of professional supplies, and I love how they thoughtfully display individual gloves for customers to test the size and feel before buying. Such a nice touch!
I had a very bad experience with this store and I absolutely do not recommend buying from them. Three days ago, I went in and bought a mask. I clearly explained that I wanted a colored mask, and that the color was very important to me. They told me that the label on the mask showed its color, so I bought it based on that. After using it, I discovered the mask was completely white, with no color at all. Today, I called them to explain the issue, but they said there’s nothing they can do and that it was my own mistake. Even worse, the same salesperson who helped me claimed she had told me the mask had no color — which is completely false. She was lying, and they refused to exchange the product. They just said if I want another one, I have to buy a new mask. The customer service was terrible, and the worst part is that they lied and tried to make it look like I was the one lying. I would never go back and strongly suggest others stay away.
I recently took a group of my aesthetic students on a field trip to NATALI PRODUCTS and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience we had! From the moment we walked in, Lela and Rosa were welcoming and eager to share their expertise. Highlight of our visit was the demonstration of NATALI’s specialty setting masks which my students absolutely loved. We were also able to see variety of other aesthetic products, like their ITALWAX and Marina showcased some equipment that my students were asking about. Everyone was attentive, patient and knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations for my students questions. Thank you for making our trip memorable, I for sure will be back again .

Worst place for products and services, customer service is very bad, very rude workers, totally rip of, I bought some microblading blade and they were rusted which is totally dangerous, and we complained no one care and one of the staff was laughing... avoid this place and same time and money....
