The products are very cheap but not in a good way got some products today and they didn’t work at all they smelt weird and when washed all the colour came off.
I made an online order and they sent me something else because my item was out of stock! The lady over the phone was so rude that was expecting me to be very happy that they gave me some cheap items as incentive!

Truly bizarre operation. I placed an order and when I received it, realized I was missing a $45 item. I emailed TBBS but didn't hear back after a couple days so I followed up. Again - NO RESPONSE - but I received a refund notification for the missing item shortly after. Annoyed, I emailed a third time but asked for return instructions for the items I did receive. It has now been 5 days and I have not heard a peep from this company. I've never experienced being completely ignored by a company before and it truly highlights how much they value their customers. Shop elsewhere.
First time going in here had an awesome experience staff was friendly and very knowledgeable help me out with the products and even gave me a better recommendation can't wait to come back and since I ended up travelling 3 hours to get here since I live in the Northern Ontario I can't wait to have to come to Toronto again so that I can come back here again can't wait to see you girls again
