I saw how many great 5 * reviews and said I feel great about getting them in for a quote ! We met with him and was impressed . Great price , great details and all looked great. We said yes to the service and purchase and left a deposit immediately. I know sometimes things happen but what happened next ...Even they couldn't explain. We had them come in and do a second measurement on the upper room shutters . Then we got the call that the shutters and blinds were ready ! The gentleman installing after 3 weeks is at the door ..a little late but no big deal.. He is missing the bedroom shutter and decided to tell us that when they set up another confirmation measurement of the bedroom shutter that my wife never told the measurement about the rest of the order. My wife and I were told they wanted to confirm a measurement of 1 shutter as the original salesperson/owner took all the measurements . Well the delivery day was missing shutters and we had guests arriving the next day and it was an awful feeling. What was worse and the reason im even writing this was that the company was implying my wife should have reminded them what we ordered when they came to remeasure a window. She was very upset they would use her being home when they came as an excuse to say they forget to build half of our order. So they refunded our money and did say that they had no excuse for what happened but it did leave a bad taste in our mouth. We were also embarrassed as our guests saw our broken shutters and they should have been completed . I stipulated that they needed to be installed by the time my guests or do not come.. Sorry but I needed to tell our experience .
I had an excellent experience with AVA Shutters! Their service was incredibly quick, completing the installation within a week as promised. They were attentive to our preferences, even accommodating a request to change the side of the chain. When we noticed a wrinkle on one of the zebra blinds, they replaced it promptly without any hassle. Overall, their professionalism and efficiency made the whole process smooth and satisfying. Highly recommend!
