I made an appointment with Rico via telephone call and text. Rico confirmed the appointment so that I could get a quote on shutters. A week later, he did not show up or call me on the appointment date. I texted and called him because he did not show up. No one returned my call. If you cannot show up for a quote, keep me updated on where you are or if you are coming, I cannot give you my business. Buyer beware.
Rico came and measured for shutters and took a deposit back in November. Haven't heard from him since. Emails, text and phone calls no response. Would love to get my shutters installed or deposit back!! My 2-3 week turn around is now at 8 weeks. Would love a response from Rico or the company!!
Our blinds would only go down half way, all of a sudden. We contacted Rico and he said he would be over next week to fix as they needed a reboot. That was a month ago. Several calls later and we receive no answers. Very concerned. Phil Jones

As with most custom contracting services, we ask all our customers for a deposit – nothing more, nothing less. We only ask for full payment on completion of the job. In fact, when an error occurs, we advise the customer to hold back percentage until we come back to finish the job. Before we leave any job, we do a check with the customer to ensure satisfaction – this job was no exception. Since this review (and before), we have been in contact with the customer to better understand how we make this right… We are more than happy to help resolve all customer concerns – we guarantee it (quite literally).
