Highly recommend!!! Uptown installed the roller blinds for our condo unit downtown 4.5 years ago. The chain on one of the blinds was stuck. Uptown arranged a visit quickly and explained that there would be a repair cost if the repair took one hour plus, which was very reasonable. It ended up being a quick fix and they did it free of charge for us. Superb post-sales services!!! Although it’s a quick 10-15 minute fix, I am THOROUGHLY impressed by how the company would make a trip downtown, fixing a blind that they installed 4.5 years ago! I also truly appreciate their honesty for not asking us to get a new blind. I would definitely refer Uptown to anyone I know! This company deserves 10+ stars!
