Unreliable, subpar quality. Showed up at 845am today to get a wash when they open at 9am only to be told by staff that I’d have to come back later because they don’t know when they’ll open. No way to run a business.
Leaving 2 stars because the staff are always welcoming and friendly and also a really good place to get your car cleaned. They always take good care of my car! The biggest downside is how awfully understaffed they are and it’s not the staffs fault but management or whoever’s in charge. I feel sorry for all the hardworking staff that get berated and screamed at constantly by customers for being slow when they are clearly understaffed and not at fault and whoever’s in charge of this place doesn’t seem to care about the well being of their staff. So sad to see them treated this way.
I recently paid $37 for an In-N-Out car detail wash and vacuum but the car hatch was never vacuumed or cleaned. I’ve tried calling, but the phone goes straight to voicemail. This is unacceptable service.
They do an okay job, but move at a snail”S pace. At least ten minutes on each car before it even goes in the wash. Didn’t used to be this way. Life is too short
I got my car detailed here and had to re do all my windows as they were so streaky and had water stains. I could barely see out of my windshield with the streaks from the cleaning product. It also took 1.5 hours longer than what I was told which is okay but they didn’t call to give an update or explain till after wards. Also do not bother calling as they don’t answer the phones and their voicemail box is full. Edit : you said to email you but your email is not posted online. There is no way to contact you guys
Cost me $37 and it took 37 minutes from the moment I got in line on a busy Saturday afternoon. It may not be a full detailing, but they did a good job for that price. Will go back.
