Great cleaning job on my Ranger Pickup Clean, Clean, and Clean. Opens at 10:00am only issue, it took twice as long, I booked 10:00am and showed up at 9:50. I was told 1 hour. They squeezed someone else before my wash/clean. 12:15pm truck was completed.
Had an absolutely terrible experience. The car I hand-washed for two years - just to avoid machine wash scratches has been completely scratched up by them. Look at the pictures. I gave them one chance because they claimed it was a hand wash, and now my car’s entire body is covered in scratches. Entire body...how did they achieve it..... ridiculous level of carelessness and people running this place. It's VW Taos washed on 13th October. I understand your point, but I want to clarify that my car has always been hand-washed by me, specifically to avoid scratches like this. It has never had such deep marks until right after this car wash. Also, I’m not sure how the surveillance footage would show whether the mitt caused the scratch, since the mitt or its contact with the paint wouldn’t be visible on camera. The scratch appeared immediately after the wash, and I hadn’t driven or used the car anywhere else after leaving your location. Given these facts, it’s difficult for me to accept that this happened elsewhere.
Overall satisfied, arrived a little late, but then everything went smoothly. I haven't cleaned my interior a bit for 3 years, and it was like 90% new after the interior cleaning. would go again
⸻ I had a terrible experience at this car wash and I strongly recommend avoiding it. Here’s exactly what happened: I brought my car in, and they told me it would cost $204. They also mentioned that if I paid cash, there would be no tax, but if I paid by card, tax would apply. I asked if I brought another vehicle, would they give me a discount, and they said yes. So after finishing with my first car, I went back the same day with my truck. For the truck, they charged me $299 plus an extra $10 because it was a pickup. When I reminded them about the discount they had promised, they suddenly changed their story and said “No, the discount will be on your next visit.” Funny enough, this is exactly what they told me last time as well—clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their word. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid them $600 in cash and should have received $85 back. Instead, they tried to forcefully keep part of my change as a “mandatory tip.” They actually held onto my car keys and kept me waiting for almost half an hour, trying to pressure me into giving them money I never agreed to. In the end, I had no choice but to take my cash back and pay with my card instead—just to get my own car keys returned. This place is dishonest, overpriced, and run by people who clearly have no respect for customers. There are so many other car washes in the area that charge much less, provide better service, and don’t try to scam people out of their money. Their prices are ridiculously high, and to make it worse, they sneak in “extra” charges at the very end, saying things like “Oh, it’s $10 more because it’s an SUV, a truck, or a Porsche.” In short: Don’t waste your time or money here. They lie, they overcharge, and they try to take your money by force. I honestly hope this place shuts down one day, because customers deserve much better than this.
I spilled very smelly liquid on my seat and the team did an amazing job at squeezing me in and completely fixing the smell. Could not be happier with the service!
I got done my Escalate here and they did an amazing interior finishing was very nice. Felt like a new car. Given the time crunch I was in in regardless they did amazing.
Did a good job. Make a reservation, as they are often busy. Be prepared to wait at least an hour for your car. It is worth it though, they’re quite thorough.
