I am a new customer & I purchased the highest value package membership yesterday for Super Works. Question: In the super works package, for the under carriage spray does it include the rust inhibitor? (For road salt and grime removal during the heavy winter days) Please advise.
when i started my subscription - the wash was great and the car came out clean - with no damage to the car. Now, approx 8 months into in - my car comes out soaking wet (maybe their dryer is broken or maybe they changed it) and now my paint finish is damaged down the passenger side - I assume they have some maintenance to do on their machines that have gone unattended for too long. its a shame is has gone downhill
i got the membership and go everyday however after i go, There is always dirt spots is never a complete clean , today i went in with too bird poop marks came out exactly the same they need to start caring about those concerns !

No long queue whenever I come here in the afternoon. Car body gets cleaned surprisingly well although the big right roller brush does not seem to reach the right side of my sedan. Also, the wheel well does not get cleaned although it says there's underwashing for Deluxe package.
