We asked how long to prepare Wonton. They say 5 minutes. Unfortunately they ran out and made fresh ones which took more than 20 minutes after we paid. That is not cool and there are so many choice in the same food court. They tasted ok, but not worth the wait. Don't lie to customers who bought a snack and finished before we got our food. Good luck !
They don't speak English and they don't have any idea how to run a business. It's amazing that these people are even allowed to operate a business without speaking English. And of course they don't have the sense to have adequate staff either. Late for everything. No explanation because they don't even speak our language
Absolutely a gem! Their dumplings are very authentic and taste so delicious!! Their soup dumplings also to die for. This place is definitely my go to when I’m craving soup. You can taste and feel the love put into the dumplings! Definitely recommend this place!
So yes .. for the Bao lovers out there .. this little gem is as good as Sang-Ji fried Bao. I love a good pot sticker and this little place delivers ☺️ Feeling adventurous? Try the salted yoke and pork Bao! For the more conservative palette, they have pork and shrimp and pork baos that literally burst with flavor!!! Friendly staff and quick service! Located at the Food Basics building at Yonge and Sheppard! I'm so glad the subway line got shut down and I got stranded and hungry today life... Has a funny way of working itself out?
I hope they bankrupt soon. This place is next level of terrible service, Ordered on app prepaid and told 30 min est. Drove there 30 mins after the order, the cashier didn't even started the order which is OK if they are busy but no they are not busy at all. And the cashier complete the order on the app even without starting working on the order. I hope they bankrupt soon. 老板别再下面扯淡行不行？平台折扣没有补贴您可以不参加，参加了就是参加了，客人下单，您不做，客人来了让人等，然后秒按完成？所以这就是您的待客之道？可笑，祝您早日倒闭关张！！！
Disgusting ——————— everyone who gave u lower rating is your competitor? Customers cannot have negative reviews to your food? If everyone who left bad comments are your competitors, why you are still not the best restaurant in the world? You are not the center of universe, your food is indeed the waste of money and cannot compete other restaurants in Toronto. Lots of five star reviews are new users with 1-3 reviews, why don’t u consider them as junk reviews? Check yorkbbs for your negative reviews among all real Chinese ppl, everyone is talking about your over rated google rating and your disgusting foods.
Please avoid this restaurant, meat is NOT FRESH, had a diarrhea right after having food from this restaurant, and felt disgusted for the rest of the day. Will NEVER EVER order from this place ever again.
