Went to pay like normal asked me how I would like to pay I said debit. He then saw my phone which i used to pay via Apple Pay buy using a debit card with a Mastercard logo. Not all MasterCards are CREDIT CARDS. I don’t have a CREDIT CARD SO IT WOULDNT EVEN MAKE SENSE. It’s actually a prepaid master card. I explained it to them and the couple started arguing with me for no reason wanted to charge me an extra 15 cents on top of the 4.81 for a bag of seeds. Ok buddy nice customer service and it’s not my fault that u were fighting before hand don’t take it out on a customer.
They don't pick up the phone. And when they finally do, the fax machine comes on and they hang up. When you try again, the fax is still connected and they continue to ignore the calls. Incompetent, complacent people.
Store signs and website say it opens at 10am. No one has shown up. Standing and waiting to drop off my pkg. No one answers the phone either. Very unprofessional.
This is listed as a designated Purolator drop off location but note there’s no printless QR code scanning. You’ll have to print your own labels if you want to use this location.
Just as the posts below say, this store is HORRIBLE. The man yelled and swore at my mother and followed her outside. All because we had packages on a Saturday, he has so no respect. If he can't accept packages, why's his store a drop off point? He should have apologized for the inconvenience. I will be escalating this, this is not OK & not how you treat customers especially seniors. If anyone wants to report him, respond to this comment. The man is nasty and dangerous. We will NEVER go back.. avoid this place at all costs!
Don't take packages here, they stop accepting them at unpublished hours on the weekend and they are rude about it - pretty ironic for a place called Anytime Convenience Instead take them Johnston Smoke & Variety at Yonge and Sheppard, they accept at all times and also scan the return in front of you instead of at this place where you leave them in a pile and hope for the best.
would NOT recommend returning your parcel there, as other comments mention, the owner is rude and did not care at all. Also, there are no price tags. The owner would likely charge above retail price, be awared.
