Dropped off a package here about a week ago and my tracking still hasn't updated from dropping the package off at this location, When I came in to ask about my package, they told me all the packages were already picked up and it must have been the drivers fault that they haven't scanned the item in. They told me to contact UPS to get an investigation going. They didn't even bother to try and look for the box they just told me to contact them.
This convenience store is very nice. It has all daily items at good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and organized. I like coming here because I quickly find whatever I need. Good store for everyday shopping.
I’ve had enough of the terrible service at this Orange Mart location. Every time I’ve come in, the same staff member is either loudly talking on her phone, eating, or simply ignoring customers. In my experience, her attitude is extremely rude, and it honestly feels like she couldn’t care less about the people walking into the store. This has happened not once, but repeatedly over several visits. She doesn’t acknowledge customers, doesn’t offer help, and acts like doing her job is an inconvenience. It’s incredibly unprofessional and completely unacceptable for a business. Because of these ongoing experiences, I will not be coming back, and I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone.
Though Beers are available and store is open until 12Am, they are not selling after 11pm, and the store girl is chit chatting with a boy friend and not giving attention to the customers…..
I have been here multiple times and everyone is friendly, often there is a girl named khushi working there, she is very welcoming and polite. Good customer service, much appreciated.
Another terrible service. Even do FedEx door tag says what you need for pick up . They say door tag with your name and drivers license is not enough,you also need tracking number.
Too expensive and very rude employees. Totally avoid urself for the head ache of crappy overpriced passport pics which definitely will get rejected after. No prices on items in store and once u checkout, the employees sneakingly charge you way overprice on items. Beware and always ask how much the items are before u pay and look at screen what there’re charging you.?Best thing, totally avoid this scam store. Good luck?
