The Old gentleman that works there really makes it hard to pick up a UPS package. Made my morning difficult and made me spend a good 10 min looking for the tracking # . The package was on my name , with my address and he refused to cross check with my ID, and did so, only after I gave him the damn tracking #!!!!! . He was really not a gentle man with me.
Should update closing times it's confusing and its not fun making trips to pick up a UPS package when they are in fact closed despite the times it says they're open on Google
I purchased a lotto max ticket today at 2 PM. I then called back because she never gave me the promo FreePlay. I figured she would then tell me to come on back in and get it but no instead she told me first of all were her words maybe you drop the ticket Then she says somebody returned the ticket and I cancelled it. My sister works at a pharmacy who sells lotto tickets she has told me you cannot cancel out the promo FreePlay for Lotto max unless you cancel out the actual lotto max ticket itself so obviously they’re scamming people I have called OLG and I will definitely get to the bottom of this terrible I will never go there again Very rude and obviously scamming people please make sure you watch what they do if you shop there
The owner is extremely rude. He stays on the phone talking on speaker and when he misunderstands you he verbally attacks you. Do not spend your money here. Spend your money elsewhere where store owners are kind and respectful. Store is extremely dirty as well as everything being extremely overpriced.
The most lovely owners who are incredibly helpful and kind! I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 18 years and their genuine care and kindness is the reason why I always stop by. Not to mention the store itself has amazing prices and truly is a one stop shop for all your everyday needs. The owners have been serving this community for almost two decades & myself and my family and friends will always support them!
This store is the worst customer service, I don't know why UPS using this store as access point. This store also close early and can't never pick up my package there, 3rd times now i waste with this man store
If I could give this place -5 stars I would this man is horrible !!!! So rude doesn’t want to listen yet wants you to listen, told me to zip it !!!! Told me he didn’t care told me that I didn’t know anything and so much more as soon as I pulled out my phone to record him he stood shut!!!! Don’t waste your money and time here ! Plus it’s a runner down place !
