As most people here, I should have read the reviews prior to placing an order. I have been waiting for week for a single door, called and emailed dozens of times with little to no reply. Looks like I lost the money. Stay away!
I very rarely leave a negative review but this has been one of the worst buying experiences to date. I placed an order for a window in August with a lead time of 5 weeks. It’s November. No window. And I can’t get a straight answer from the company. Frustratingly I was told at the end of October the window was ready at the factory (seems no one bothered to try to get it till I called and asked) and it would be ready to ship two days later. Two weeks later I called again after hearing nothing and was told the window was ready at the factory and it’s unclear why no one had picked it up. I was assured of a prompt resolution this time. Two weeks later, radio silence and still no window. If the customer service is any reflection of the quality of the windows from this place, maybe it’s better to not get the window at all. But they seem quite content to keep my money without providing a product. So frustrating!
SCAM ALERT!! If zero stars was an option I’d leave it. This company claims to be in the business for over 50 years. Responsive and quick to take my money May 15th when I ordered my $1,000.00 door. Was told it would take 4 weeks to deliver. Now, 16 weeks later, I haven’t received anything and get nothing but crickets from the company. After about 3 dozen emails, I finally got a response asking if I wanted to cancel and get refunded. I said yes please to refund. Still yet to receive a refund. No phone call returns either. I’ve called the company and left messages, probably 100 times. Making me feel like a crazy ex. Once again crickets from the company. No phone call returns and I don’t think anyone works in the office. Buyer beware. Don’t fall for this scam like I did. Hate being lied to and hate when my money gets stolen from my family and I. Cheers!
Purchased and installed 10' Patio Door - landed price was $1500 less then local. Good quality door - well packaged for shipping (500 km). Some assembly required but very minimal. Looks great - wife is ecstatic. Thanks Neil!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a door and window on April 10, 23’. It was very easy for Concept 76 to take my MasterCard number then and get great service. I was told 6-8 weeks for the product. Fast forward 34 weeks later and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone since July. I have left countless emails and voicemails. I have gone forward with a MasterCard claim and have just noticed that the company had a black Friday sale which really pissed me off. Thus this customer review. The last time we made a review they claimed we were not their customer so this time I am sending a picture of the invoice. All I would like is the door and window that we ordered back in April. I think that’s fair.
I ordered a window and was assured 5 weeks, I have paid thousands and paid the delivery charge in advance. After reaching out via phone and email several times, I received a new date of Aug. 18th via email. Originally expected early July. We are now 11 days past, and after multiple phone calls and emails, I still have not heard a thing. I have been patient and understanding, however I can no longer accept being ignored. It doesn’t take much to provide an update to someone who has trusted you and paid a lot money in advance. I am reaching out here with the hope someone will actual talk to me! I will provide daily updates here until I do. Update- 10 minutes after posting. I just received an updated ETA Sept 9-13 I will provide update once delivered And picture once installed 9/14 Once again a missed milestone and no communication. Emails and messages not answered. Beyond frustrating!
