I had an excellent experience with Caedan from Dorplex. He was extremely professional and punctual, arriving right on time. He walked me through the issues that needed to be rectified, explained the product in detail to ensure I fully understood the problem, and then clearly outlined the solution. Caedan tested the product with me afterward and verified that I was completely satisfied with the results. He worked in a very clean and organized manner, which I truly appreciated. I think it is pretty sad that customers are having to wait extensively long periods for their doors to be shipped to the vendors and essentially the customers due to Dorplex not having appropriate pallets to ship them to the vendors on. This is inexcusable. Maybe they should be buying the wood necessary to make the pallets so that the products can be shipped. Obviously unhappy customers are not going to write good reviews if they can't even get their products in a timely manner.
Low quality doors. No quality control at manufacture. Poor service department communication. Unreliable. Do not care about clients who bought Dorplex doors. Do not buy that product.
Had a few minor issues with some doors. Caedan from service was always on time and did excellent work. The company communicated well and were very efficient. Problems can occur. What separates companies is how they deal with them, and Doorplex did an excellent job.
Cataligue is misleading. The catalogue says the doors have energy star. Based upon that we purchased the door through contractor and installed it however there was not NRC or anergy sticker. Called company they told me they can not provide the NRC details to me and they directed me to the contractor. Contractor got some labels from them but it turns our they are not qualified for energy efficiency and they do not have valid NRC. That voided our application for the energy efficiency grant. If you do not have it please do not claim it on your catalogue
Caiden did an amazing job at my place. He serviced a patio door and window, and did some capping to fix existing issues. Completed all of it in a timely manner and professionally.
Probably the most useless and incompetent team I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with a door issue for 4 years and finally you would think it would be fixed. However, the team is just full of excuses. Save your money and time, and buy a new door system from a better company like Nordik or Luma Doors and Windows.
