I had a great experience with Door Depot, especially with Oscar. My original door manufacturer delayed my project by 12 weeks, but Door Depot stepped in and delivered a custom fiberglass door in just 3 weeks. All of my future projects will be going to Door Depot. I had a door installed this past January. An orginal timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks became 9 weeks. Oscar's installer Elchin, was careless and chipped out bricks around the stoop. He didn't complete the caulking and said would return in a few days to do so. A few days became weeks as the excuse was we needed warmer weather to caulk properly. I tried to be patient eventhough there were air leaks. I've had repeated promises from Oscar to complete this work and excuses for why he couldn't like he was unable to find his installer, didn't have the right colour caulking, and will do so when he is in the area. It is now June and I finally gave him a deadline and he missed it so I came to the realization he never intended to fullfill his obligation. I have never experienced this type of blatant neglect by a service. It is clear Oscar and DoorDepot can't be trusted to provide what you pay for.

Shout out to the service and advice from Oscar and the expert installation of 3 custom exterior doors by Elchan and Kanan. The winter was warmer and we have had many complements, especially about the front door. Great value all around!

Loving our new doors - even though i was concerned about getting dark brown doors I went with them . Beautiful inside and out, i have had many compliments on them. They are sturdy, well designed and have brought a whole new dimension to my front porch. Oscar was wonderful to deal with and made the purchase process seamless; he did not try to upsell.
