visited your establishment on Saturday. There were four of us, and my friend and I arrived earlier than the other two guests. Despite informing the server in advance that two more people would be joining us, we were seated at a small two-person table in the middle of the dining area. The server assured us that we would be moved to a more suitable table once the rest of our party arrived. When the other guests arrived, we were never offered a different table. Moreover, when I asked about it again, the server began to display a dismissive attitude. As a result, we had to remain at an uncomfortable, unstable table in the center of the room. Due to the inappropriate service, we decided not to have a full dinner and ordered only drinks. After paying, I chose not to leave a tip, and the server openly showed her dissatisfaction. I kindly request that you review this situation and take appropriate action, as the level of service we experienced does not meet the standards of your establishment.
The food and drinks were great and the service was top notch - though it did take a while to get our drinks, they did offer us a complimentary appetizer to say sorry which was very thoughtful and much appreciated! Been told by many people in the area to try this place out and I’m sad to see it go! If you have the time, give it a try before the end of the month!
told us wait for 30mins，ok after 20mins we asked the process，said almost，45mins said not yet cook，and trying ignore me，idk what attitude，its 2am already，wasted my time. so worse that girl waitress！
The food is def on pricy side and the taste is below avg. The ox intestine is not well prepared, absolutely disgusting. I chewed sand and stone out of it and it tasted absolutely horrible.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. The Korean girl who served us seemed annoyed and do not want to answer any questions we had about their food and drink. We are arranged to seat face to the door and it’s super cold. We asked to change a seat but she said all other tables are reserved, while it’s pretty empty at the moment. We closed the door by ourselves and the server reopen the door again?! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. It felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
The food was mediocre,and the service was devastating.we waited over 20min for a raw hotpot even when there were only two tables . Poor taste for pancakes,monkfish and Mara hotpot,beef tartar was still frozen. Don’t waste ur money here. Btw, the servers won’t attend to ur table unless ask for the bill
My recent experience with takeout from this restaurant was very disappointing. Firstly, the wait time was unbelievably long. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to get my order. Such a long wait time is simply unacceptable. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. I hope the restaurant can improve this situation.
