Bought 3 mattresses from their authorized dealer 3 months ago! Last week one of them started tearing! Called the dealer he stopped answering! Called Dreamtime assuming they’d help! But according to them! There is no warranty if it’s not bought through them! These mattresses are 3 months old. Must be really terrible quality for them to rip that fast. Wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. Bad customer service! terrible product!
Recently purchased a mattress night dream from one of their suppliers in Scarborough. One of the best mattress I had over years which instantly gave relief to my wife nerve issue in her back. Highly recommend to check their mattress in one of their authorized dealers.
Six years review of perfect dreamer double mattress. My daughter now eight is loving her mattress. We often have slept with her and can state that this mattress can handle us heavy weights. Lol. Great value. Happy customer! Will buy our next mattress here!
Horrible experience. Bought a king bed. They were supposed to deliver it in a box so we could bring it upstairs. Paid $100 for delivery and they left it on the front porch with no box and no way for me to get it upstairs. I called and they denied ever mentioning a box. I wouldn’t have known about the box if they hadn’t mentioned it. They were rude and argumentative. Just in principal I would never support this company every again.
