Bought an Orchid 300 Queen size mattress through Vanaik Furniture in Mississauga. Seven years later, still feels like new. It’s in our guest bedroom, so didn’t use much. Good price for light or occasional use.
Bought 2 Bamboo mattresses( QUEEN and SINGLE) through one of their sales person on FB. Both mattresses were delivered days later with NO RECEIPT, NO COMPANY NAME and NO GST. They brought 2 spring mattresses which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. One month after, mattresses started deepening and feeling the spring and having serious body pains. I contacted the seller severally but she said her office will contact me. Office did not call and seller stopped responding to my calls and messages.
SCAMMERS!!! Avoid at all cost!! Bought mattress sold through FB, by one of their salesmen .. Delivered days later with NO RECEIPT, NO COMPANY NAME, NO GST number .. Supposed to be luxury pocket-coil, reinforced sides, 5"+ layer foam/gel on top .. Got a cheap continuous spring with 2" cheap foam on top, and a cover that doesnt match the insides (pillow top section is NOT seperate, and metal coil goes to the top).. Seller refused contact after sale, and his boss (found thru shipping co) did the same.. Seller illegally sold the mattress, and now won't rectify the issue, and avoids any contact at all cost!!
Warranty is lie. Mattress becomes softer after using sometimes and no warranty coverage. They just ask to rotate the mattress nothing more than that. “BIG LIE OF 10 YEARS WARRANTY” I wish I would have read reviews before buying. Now, company might put automatic reply saying “ we are wholesaler, we don’t directly deal with customer…….”
This is the worst mattress company ever. Purchased a mattress called American dream manufactured by sleepdreams from a retailer . Issues staterd after a few months of purchasing. Contacted the retailer. Was told to contacted company sleepdreams So we did Some one answered the phone asked us to send pictures we did. Haven't heard after so called backagain Some one else answered and asked me to send pictures again. So.i did it again and I called back next day manager told me to bring the mattress for epair. So.i ask them about their 10 years replacement warranty but they refused to honor that. Shame on this mattress company sleep dream !!! Very cheapest material used to make these matterss.people say away from this manufacturer Also I have seen a lot of fake reviews done by the owners of sleep dream company so people be careful !!!
Gary was extremely nice and helpful in helping us with selecting the perfect King Size Bed, Mattress, Boxspring and platform. Incredible customer service, answered questions promptly and very professional. Kept his word on the delivery date and time, even during this health pandemic he made sure things were done quickly and safely and were very impressed and thankful. Free delivery was an added bonus, everything is perfect thanks again:)
This isn’t open to the public, my husband and I walked in, looking to buy a mattress, and the lady ask who sent us? if I had a reference, i simply searched on google mattress , and this was one of the first stores come up, if you don’t serve public I totally get it but at least have a sign, and your receptionist, she didn’t even smile, she simply asked who sent us.
