Cannot recommended Sleep Masters enough. It’s not the biggest store but it doesn’t need to be because it has a perfectly curated set of mattresses at all price points and firmness levels. Whatever you need, the right mattress is here. Ali is also an amazing salesperson who simultaneously won’t bother you while you’re shopping but is also incredibly knowledgeable when you’re looking for help. Do yourself a favour and avoid those big stores with slimy salespeople and give Sleep Masters a go! (This probably sounds like a fake review but it’s not, we just had a great experience and bought the Prestige Firm mattress which has been super comfortable.)
My wife and I had an excellent mattress buying experience with Sleep Masters. Our situation was not straightforward, and Ali handled everything and made it work out smoothly. First, the shopping experience – the store is not overwhelming which helped to focus our efforts, I am not a fan of giant warehouses of beds from which to choose. We felt no pressure from Ali who let us do our thing but answered any questions. Once we made our decision, we were ready to purchase 3 mattresses, but our situation was unique in that we wanted our mattress as soon as possible but needed to hold off delivery of the other 2 mattresses until we re-did our sons’ rooms which would take a least a month. It was no problem for Ali who agreed to hold the other 2 mattresses until we were ready. The first delivery went well (Ali’s brother helped with all or deliveries). It came on schedule and was in our bedroom in no time. After a couple weeks, the mattress was a bit stiffer than we expected and I called Ali who understood, and we planned to exchange for a softer version of the mattress. Again, no runaround but only needed to work with each other to determine an acceptable schedule to switch. This next delivery also went smoothly, and we love the new bed. It was a great mix of firm and plush. Then a month or so later, we were ready to receive the other 2 mattresses. Everything was going well with this delivery, when Ali’s brother noticed some damage to one of the corners of one of the mattresses. He saw it before I did, and we made further arrangements to switch out that mattress for a replacement. Things happen but I really appreciated how Sleep Masters stuck by their product and wanted to make sure my wife and I were satisfied customers. So while it took a few deliveries to get all sorted, we have had these mattresses for a while now and really enjoy them and gladly recommend Sleep Masters.
They wont honour their 100 day sleeping trial. Im from windsor i placed an order after reading their 100 day sleep trial, which they stated was for ontario clients. When i wanted to use the 100 day sleeping trial they changed their websites wording to 250 km within of their store. I even tried to reason with them by providing a pick up location within 80 km of their store or bring it in myself but they are not agreeing. I have chronic back pain caused by degenerative and herniated discs and these people show me no sympathy whatsoever. I provided a picture below stating their “100 day sleep trial” which they now changed, lucky i took a screenshot before ordering cant trust anyone these days. ;( furthermore this mattress i have had for just 10 days on a new base is already sagging (cratering).
Online order - Came not as described. After 1 year of chasing Ali an agreed resolution was reached, however he ghosted me and blocked my number before finalizing. Ali is nice to your face but is a lier and not reliable. I guess $382.62 is worth a 1 star review and a lost customer.
Great experience especially with Ali, you can call and someone will pick up not a machine! Very personalized experience , great prices and the delivery was seemless, kept updating me with the process....rate A from start to finish.
