i am so happy to have found this place for my imaging. very professional staff and amazing specialist that did my imaging patiently even for hard to capture spots. I will do any of my imagings from now on at this place for sure.

I visited this center for female pelvic ultrasound. The ultrasound technologist was great. She was super professional, and explained every step to me which made me feel less stressed. However, the receptionists did not seem to be accurate. They told me my appointment was at 10:30 but somehow in their system my appointment was 10 minute earlier at 10:20 and they complained to me for being late! Also, I wanted to schedule an x-ray appointment for my friend for the same day and time and they told me that he wouldn’t need an appointment (just walk in). They were still accommodating me with minimum wait. But their disorganized system was a little bit weird as I think with a little bit of attention and care, they could easily prevent these small issues. Overall, I recommend this place.
I repeated the ultrasound test in the mackenzie health and my doctor reviewed the images. Contrary to the results that I go in this clinic there is no sign of extra thyroidal extension of the nodule.
NEVER AGAIN! This clinic is full of dishonest practices. I have been a patient here for about a year, up until today. I had to get a special kind of ultrasound, and when making the appointment, I knew this type wouldn't be available everywhere, so I specifically asked if they are able to do this sort of scan, and they said yes. On the day of my appointment, everything went smoothly. Few minutes after I left the clinic, however, they called me to say they did not do everything on the requisition form since they did not have the required machine, and that I have to go somewhere else to get the rest of the scans done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Clearly, they only did what they could so that they could make their money. However, I had to take unpaid time-off from work to get here. Maybe as a medical clinic, start treating people like patients instead of customers.
About a month ago, I went to this clinic for imaging, ultrasound and other tests. On behalf of the clinic, they confirmed with me 3 times. I asked them, since I was traveling from a distance, all these things should be done in one place and the confirmed. A day before, a man named Mr. Amin called me and confirmed everything. When I entered the clinic, I encountered a very ugly and disgusting behavior from the clinic secretary, who protested that all this work is too much. I'm wondering if it's a coupon or if I just walked into a grocery store that it is too much. Then she called the same Mr. Amin, they chatted together, and the gentleman told me: Let's see what we do can do today. I said, sir, did I not confirm with you yesterday? He said yes. Again, the secretary chattered with her prosthetic lips, which I could not read. I took the sheets and got out of there. It was the worst experience that I had in a clinic!!!
Most unprofessional clinic, from the receptionist to the technician!!!Called and booked an emergency ultrasound, was not communicated to me that I would be seen in between patients which I would have been okay with if I was told. The front desk had an attitude, and once I went to see the technician, she asked me how I am feeling I said not really good I've been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes instead of consolingthe patient she said u dont have to tell me that and complain to me about that and then gave me attitude!!! What kind of micky mouse clinic are you running? I left did not want that lady to touch me. So rude! Unbelievable! No customer service etiquette what so ever. Reply to your response: That is a blatant lie! You should be ashamed! But then again I can't expect more than that from such an unorganized, unprofessional and unethical clinic to lie instead of properly apologize!
