I had a very disappointing experience at Victoria Clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 4:40 pm, and I arrived 15 minutes early as a standard courtesy. Despite this, I ended up waiting until 6:00 pm just to see the doctor. The long delay and lack of communication made the visit extremely frustrating. The staff did not seem organized or considerate of patients’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
I've been coming here for all my tests for many years but the one that I am really happy about is my stress echo with Theresa. She has been my technician since the very beginning. She's a real expert and a very kind person. Her assistant was nice as well. I would highly recommend Theresa if you need any heart related tests. 5*
Find another medical center if possible, called and tired to make an appointment for 3pm the person told me the last appointment is 230pm, I book for 2pm arrived at 2pm checked in, stood there and waited to ensure that I was checked in because the person walked off and said nothing, confirmed i was checked in sat and waiting to be called, appx 2:35pm I was still sitting there waiting wondering why I could not get a 3oclock appointment and I been waiting 35min (2:35pm) finally got up and asked what exactly is happening, the lady called a doctor, he came out and called me in... got my x-ray and ultra sound done, I went to my doctors three time within the next three weeks to get the results, I called the lab once the doctors office called twice, up till now the lab has not sent the results, 4 weeks later I ended up just going to another lab to get an utlra sound and x-ray done which this office sent the results within two days, after all that got my results, will never go back to this lab or recommend that anybody go there..
Receptionist is giving wrong instruction and blaming patient not prepared thinking that she gave a wrong instruction…so disappointed !!! Then if that’s the case the receptionist should have just said miscommunication not telling the patient “YOU ARE NOT PREPARED “…what’s the point of asking for instructions before going in your place.
I’ve been here many times. I really like this clinic. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it because when it’s your turn, the doctors don’t rush you and make you feel heard and taken care of. Highly recommend.
If possible, I would give zero stars to this clinic and to the doctors and staff of the admission department of this clinic. For all those who read this text, if you are going to make an appointment at this clinic, and especially if you decide to make an appointment with Dr. Virani, never do so, as you will regret it later.
I had a wonderful experience today at this clinic. I came with my Mom for her first Covid shot here. The clinic is spacious,clean & welI organized . What I found best was the service .Doctors,front desk employees & other staffs are all efficient,professional & compassionate .Before & after the vaccine everyone explained nicely & easily. I'm really grateful to everyone but I would like to convey special thanks to Karuna for her constant support .I would highly recommend this clinic.
