Over charges, charged me $30 for only 2 small pocket sized photos he didn't even give me the digital copy for them and when I asked for them he was yelling at me over the phone, he's rude. Plus he charged me another $20 the same day for only 2 small pocket sized passport photos. What happened was that I told him I wanted another 2 photos that I liked of my son that he took so he charged me another $30 on top of the $20 so a total of $57. Do not come here.
Poor Fedex Services! Rude and incompetent staff! Long lines! I sent my packages through them twice and the owner provided me with an envelope. As soon as the owner was gone (I came to the same office 2 months later), his subs refused to provide me the envelope, claiming that they have never done this before. I checked with Fedex and they have told me that I had the right to request the envelope. From now on, I schedule a pick up; avoid long lines and incompetent staff!

I visited this location to take photos for first time Canadian passport application. I had read the positive reviews before deciding to go there and was not disappointed. The photos were of very good quality. Professional. Made me look good. The gentleman working there was very nice and polite. It was busy but he was hard working, quick and efficient and served customers with a smile on his face.
