He is such a talented photographer and so passionate with his work. Came in for a passport photo, and I was ready to go less than 10 mins. He makes sure you also like the photo taken, and guides you with all the info you need. Will be coming here and def recommend it!

I do not have any history of posting negative reviews, as can be seen from my profile. I went to this place with my newborn baby to take urgent passport photos seeing all the good reviews, but I had the absolute worst possible experience. The man who was present acted rude with me from the moment I stepped in, even before I could speak. Apparently because I had brought the car too close to the store! This was an absurd thing to say because nowhere it was written that I could not bring the car there. It was also in the middle of a snowstorm and there were no visible signs or road marks saying I could not take the car there. He completely disregarded the fact that I had brought a fragile, newborn baby in the middle of a snowstorm and instead kept behaving rudely. He was perhaps having a bad day and had no intentions of doing any work, but made the car issue an excuse. When I said let my wife and baby stay inside while I bring the car closer, he wouldn't even let them stand inside and made them stand outside in the freezing snowstorm! It was despicable how little regard he had for a baby. Unbelievable!
It is inside of the salon. I went there few months ago for my PR photo to renew my PR. The person is very efficient, and the photo passed without any issue. The price was reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend here.
Excellent photographer. Quick and polite service. I've been there three times. Waited no more than couple of minutes. The photos were taken professionally from the first shot with a proper explanation. Totally recommended!!! Update: Make sure you go to the correct location, which is located in the same plaza, behind the staircases (not the Canada post one).
