I went into the pizza store, there was no sauce, no cheese, or veggies on the pizza literally just dough... I didn't know you can be that cheap shouldn't be called a pizza lol should be 2-4-1 flat bread.

Waited an hour for two pizzas. First pizza had hot chilies on it that I did not order and can't stand. The dough was not cooked through and was very tough and difficult to chew. It wasn't even the correct dough. Second, pizza had no cheese on it even though we paid extra for vegan cheese. When we called to complain they said they ran out of vegan cheese. Didn't have the decency to call and let us know. Just made the pizza without cheese. Then they refused to offer a refund. Said we would get a store credit on our account, which we did not. Will never order from there again.
pathetic service. I ordered a medium pizza thru uber eats. the place is 20 mins away from my house. i have been waiting for 2 hours even now. The team doesnt even pick up the phone.
This location only is Excellent. YORKGATE MALL delivers!!! The service was amazing. The pizza not bad. Lots of variety and specials. I am not a picky customer my orders are easy and their team delivered excellent service, good pizza, and timinig whatever amount of time they say it takes is that time. If they have a lot of orders plus online orders mind you of course it will take longer. With that said pizza was good goes well with some dipping sauce. Will continue to keep coming here ive met with regulars who kepp going here. This review is strictly for the yorkgate location ive been to others and they are not on par with this one location. A+++++ coming back again soon.
This place gets slammed with many bad reviews but, I can only speak for my own personal experience. 241 was the pizza of my childhood and it seems that there's not many around anymore. Their slices are very good and very well priced. The staff are always very nice to me when I come in. Never ordered delivery from them but, it’s worth coming in for a slice when in the area.
Waited over 2 hours and then they come, call my phone I don’t answer so he walks back with my order. Mind you I ordered on ubereats and the instruction was to leave at my door as I’m working and at this point I assumed I’m not getting anything because it’s been 2 hours lol. This is so gross because it shows that’s they’re recycling food lol. If you want to be robbed or poisoned then order from them.
