I had an absolute displeasure dealing with Tania Cortez who happens to be a "Supervisor" for Cash Application and Accounts Payable. Looking through the email chains not only was she vile in her communications with us but also with her own team. Tania's communication is inhumane and she comes off with a cheap superiority complex due to her title as a "Supervisor." Because of this tantrum fit that she has caused a lot of peoples time was wasted in the process only for the matter to come right back to her very own responsibility. Having to deal with this run-around is revolting to do any future business with this company. Having vile road blockers and time wasters in vital/critical jobs is a terrible decision made by Noble.
This branch is one of the best branches to deal with in toronto, very attentive and any needs I need from pricing to what is in stock has been very easy and helped my business though the process
If I could give more stars I would!! I had a super specific part I needed to help replace my tub faucet and not only did the team here stay open past their usual closing time to help me but they even gave the part free of charge! Will be coming here from now on for all my plumbing needs. Again cannot thank you enough as I have been at this problem for a week!!!
Always a pleasure comming here to get material. They always have what you need. Rolston and the staff here are very friendly and seem to have a huge sense of fulfillment doing what they do, and they do it the best.
Ralston at Noble Yorkdale is the best. He’s always going the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need when you need it. Highly recommended.
I've used this store 3 times, staff is knowledgable and spends the time with me to make sure I got the right stuff... all things I couldn't find at any of the big box stores
The staff are rude here and so unhelpful. Also, all the prices are more then anywhere in Toronto. The staff hardly move from their seat. It is clear they all hate their jobs. Will never use this store again ever.
