Great experience and helpful. The pipe under my sink broke. It's an S-trap. Prior to going to them, I went to Home Depot, Nobel, and Emco. They didn't have the piece, didn't even know what it was called, and couldn't even help--even with bringing the piece with me. I told them it was shaped like a candy cane and they kept giving me a P-trap. The guy at Wolsley knew what it was at first glance, checked the suppliers, and when I came back helped me find a gasket and a cap so it could adapt the 1 1/2 to 1 1/4. When I first came, they even invited me to come on Wednesday for a bite to eat. Didn't mock me or make me feel like I was an idiot when I bumbling with describing the pipe and problem. 5 plus plus plus stars. Saved me the plumbers bill. I will go to these guys first for my plumbing needs and problems.
Would not go back there again! Tried to buy a tube cutter, but turns out it was used, so I told them and explained how I knew, then I asked for a discount, they refused. This is so wrong for 2 reasons, 1. selling a used product as new at full price, and 2. poor inventory control -- not knowing a returned product was used.
The staff here are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. It feels like they’re just wasting time rather than assisting customers. I recommend visiting another nearby plumbing store where the staff treat you with respect and actually want to help
The branch on Caledonia road has been the worst customer service I have ever received - I have never been in a place of business where you are made to feel a nuisance and they are doing you a favour by even acknowledging that you are there.
Wolseley plumbing hvac shop is very good they have everything you will need and will use as well as there items come in great value as well as their conditions which are great too. I also like their customer service and the owner who’s very helpful and very understanding. I will surely come there again without a doubt.
I like to say that our branch at 1177 Caledonia Rd, North York, has the best staff. Julia, Patrick and Jordan really know their stuff. There hasn't been a time when you needed something that they didn't have in stock. They go far and beyond to help you in whatever you need. They even have suggested ideas for our job that not only worked but saved us time as well. What more can you ask for.
