First time visiting, we purchased the jollof rice and chicken, and it was extremely flavourful! Customer service was excellent! A must try if you’re in the area!
Unhygienic and Unprofessional – Stay Away! I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The employees were extremely rude, and the overall cleanliness of the store was shocking. I noticed staff touching their faces, including their noses, and then handling food without washing their hands. That is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. I would never recommend eating here. If you care about hygiene and respectful service, look elsewhere.
I just bought food this morning and they charged my debit twice. I tapped on their visa machine once and the lady said my transaction didn't go through, so I tapped again, only to find out that I have been charged twice. Will never go back. Be very careful guys
Food I got was great but the chubby lady at the counter needs better costumer service skills, I’d love to come back but her attitude was a HUGE turnoff, learn to have a personality when it comes to costumers then maybe more people would come back.
Their customer service skills are trash it's pretty sad the food is great but they dont know how to speak to customers. I don't buy food from here anymore for that reason. They treat their customers like trash on the phone. They need to higher other orientations.
Horrible service. Lady managing the restaurant is rude and unbearably loud when dealing with paying customers. The food is not bad if you are willing to put up with their service and attitude. They really need to learn how to deal with customers in a more courteous manner. But it may be asking too much. Edit: 8 months after posting this review, the owner responds with a story that never happened. I came in alone to take out. Not with a lady friend as she claims. Please don't respond to negative reviews with a story that never happened and make excuses. Or maybe you are thinking of that other time you treated a customer badly. Own up to your inadequacies and strive to improve your service. Good luck.
Very poor service. The waiter seemed disinterested. Small portions and more rice than stew. Also why the hell do they use basmati rice? It does not taste like parboiled rice. The chair in the little dining area in the front that I sat on was broken.
