Ridiculous, unhygienic food dirty environment, flies moving around the Food third class service. Food: tasteless Service: third class Atmosphere: not good ?
The ambience of the restaurant is comforting, the food is so delicious, the servers are so friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend this Filipino restaurant especially for my friends and family, satisfy your cravings for asian delicacies to this restaurant. Salute?
I was excited to bring my mother in law here because she said she wanted Pansit. I was offered the menu and the platter caught my eyes, so with the employee’s conviction, I ordered the platter that came with bbq, siomai and Pansit. From the get go, I already felt something is not right, the wait was too long to the point that we were starving and the kids already finished their slush and milk tea. And so after a long wait approximately 45 mins. the food came, it wasn’t just not hot but siomai and bbq were raw and Pansit was not even hot. Siomai was taken, bbq was taken, waited again until almost 2 hours, we’ve lost our appetite already. I love supporting local vendors and alike but I was very disappointed with food trip for not delivering quality food. Ended up taking the food for take out (because what’s the point of staying after being served wrong and waited almost 2 hrs) and paid for $132 dollars and we were charged for turon that we ordered that wasn’t even served. Just pray that we don’t get tummy aches after eating raw siomai and bbq that we consumed before realizing it was not cooked at all. I feel like right now. Oh boy!
We recently dined at your restaurant and ordered a soup. Unfortunately, the portion size was too large, and we didn’t enjoy the taste. Additionally, we found the staff to be unapproachable and not very welcoming. We hope this feedback helps improve your service and food quality.
Ordered regular halo-halo here po because wala pang available sa kabilang store. Disappointed lang po sa sahog and timpla ng halo-halo. For the price po, I don’t think worth it ang halo-halo.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE… if you are in a rush. Worst place to get food at the Wilson and Bathurst plaza. Ordered spaghetti with chicken and palabok with chicken. I waited 45 minutes for this order. The food was not bad, it tasted alright. But for something that takes that long, might as well go to Republika, Jolly Tops, Kabalen or even Kiko’s which sells the same food and the wait time is not long.
Tell me why this halo halo is $15. This is what my husband received when he went there to get it for me and told them this is his first time ordering/trying this famous dessert. He said it looks like this when they handed it to him. Now I know what a good halo halo looks like, and this is not it. Everything was mixed in this purple melted liquid which is super sweet and has barely any toppings. There were like 5 tapioca pearls and 2 tiny chunks of caramel flan. This store was recommended by a Filipino friend and it’s just disappointing. Will try it from the restaurant next door since the photo looks way better with different layers/toppings not just one whole mess like this, and they sell it for $11 which is way cheaper.
