THE BEST OXTAILS IN THE CITY! Oh, and their rice and peas is exceptionally good as well. First time hearing about this restaurant and trying their food. Highly recommend.
The food definitely fell off ..I was bragging about how good the curry goat was and we were headed back from Ajax and decided to go there. Ordered a goat and a bar b fried chicken. I knew something was wrong when they took up fried chicken and proceeded to pour the bar b que sauce on it like ketchup. The chicken was extremely dry. The rice and peas was clammy and very soft in some areas. My friend complained about the goat as well it had flavor but the meat was hard and chewy. Will definitely cross this one off my list.
I buy from here a lot and I love their food.. recently,I don't know if they change the chef,the last 3 meals I bought was very salty. I bought yesterday again for my friend, she just called me to complained about the salt in the food, its too much. Please check on the chef..
Jerk chicken was oven baked but still moist with some smokiness and good kick to it. Large portions were extremely generous! Coleslaw was a bit sweet for my palette but great spot for a filling Caribbean meal in the area
Really good jerk! There's raisins in it that help accentuate the absolutely perfect brow-sweating spice. Had take out so I can't speak to the service. Patties aren't made in-house.
Hands down one of my favourite local Jamaican spots to go to for a delicious beef patty! They have been around for as long as I can remember and have recently renovated to be more efficient. The bbq and jerk chicken is also really good, would definitely recommend if you’re craving Jamaican food!
The men here need to lower there gaze food is good but the men make it uncomfortable we always here bad things about Jamaican men being to forward and this is a place it happens hope this don’t get taken down too it was better when it was just miss Rose
