Don’t get me wrong the food tastes good but the portions are so tiny. I pay $15 for a pita bowl on fries expecting thereto be a lot of meat and there barely is any. What a ripoff
Nov 29th 2025: Got chicken shawarma half fries and half rice with hummus, spicy sauce, tzatziki, and garlic sauce. Get sauce on top of rice and then on top of fries so there's enough Nov 28th 2025: Chocolate milkshake is amazing! Oct 21st 2025: Got shawarma on fries. Always get extra sauce since the sauce dries up. It's best to get rice and fries since the fries don't taste good after a while unless they get baked/fried
I ate here once(chicken shawarma wrap) and I ended up throwing up the food the next day idk if it’s food poisoning or what who knows. Definitely never eating there again
This place was my favorite on campus and I am a regular customer, but the last couple of times that I have bought food from here, I have had some unpleasant experiences. I just got a chicken wrap, it’s cold and tastes just cold hot sauce and vegetables. I can’t taste any chicken.There is a lot of watery sauce dripping. I am genuinely sad for writing such a review, but I hope this results in some positive change.
the portions here are the best, consistently better & larger than other pita land locations around the gta. the staff are nice and ive never had a problem with my order before
AVOID THIS PLACE. Im shocked as to how this place seriously has over four stars. Firstly, the lady at the front was rude and incompetent. She did not clarify my order, and when I politely asked to make it a combo afterwards, she went on her phone and acted like it was a convenience for her. Secondly, the prices for the portion is RIDICULOUS. This wrap was $16 for a “large” and a drink, on their Friday deal too, so I predict it will be even more expensive on a regular day wirh no “deal”. The wrap was 75% air, 12.5% chicken, and 12.5% vegetables. You can hardly even see the chicken in there. The sauces also weren’t proportioned properly, because only until the very end did I taste any sauce. The wrap was also cold too, which I am sure you can tell as there in no grill marks on the wrap. I do understand that it is a fast food restaurant, and that I cannot expect the greatest service, but you have lost a customer. Pita Land, please teach your employees how to portion the food and communicate with customers.
Rationed my fries, while also giving me old fries they were going to throw out. Gave me 1 cup of beef exactly. Told me it’s the only amount I can get. It cost $20 for rationed beef on the fries. L restaurant and L workers
