I recently visited TELUS Koodo Shepherd Yonge Center and that my concerns were not addressed. I was able to figure out and resolve the issue on my own, which highlights that basic troubleshooting knowledge could be improved among staff. Additionally, I felt unwelcome and that more care could be taken to treat customers RESPECTFULLY. I hope the store focuses on improving both training and customer service so that future visits are smoother and more supportive.
I signed a new plan with TELUS today at the SWBD location, and I just had to leave a review. The Korean staff member who helped me was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. After being disappointed at other stores, this experience completely changed how I felt. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure, just honest and helpful advice. I felt truly cared for as a customer. I’m really happy I made the switch — highly recommend this location!
If you come here you got to go with Angel - she made my transition to TELUS VERY easy. Quick and efficient, high quality service, professionalism and kindness all wrapped into one great customer experience. Trust me - you won't be sorry.
This station and koodo is a rip off and awful!! I bought a line from here after going home and using the simcard on my phone it didn't have any connection!! So I had to come back and after coming to this station again and paying parking and.... Many expenses more and wasting many more hours at this place the gentleman did everything to waste my time untill the had to close down and at the end just gave me a customer service # and waste half of my day!! Kodoo and their customer service is super super awful and unfriendly!! Never would get close to this company again and I hope others do the same!!
I took advantage of a fantastic Black Friday deal at Koodo. I spoke to Hyoan who was both knowledgeable and very pleasant. She spoke fluent English and Korean, so I decided to bring my Korean parents over to switch them onto Koodo as well. Turns out, there was another Korean speaking associate, Jiho who was able to help us while Hyoan was with another customer. Jiho was very professional and pleasant as well. I'm extremely happy with the service we received.
I am writing to express my appreciation of the great service from Simmi and Hyoan. I has experienced a difficult process to change my plan to Koodo Prepay. I can say the whole procedure is complicated and unnecessary since I am already a old customer of Koodo. Luckily I have Simmi to settle all this for me. She is amazing.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Sujin at this Koodo booth and I must say, she exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with the level of service that I received. Even though I had so many questions, she was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail to me so I could understand and made sure I was satisfied. Because of her, my entire family of 5 had switched from Bell to Koodo and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend this Koodo to anyone in need of excellent service and deals!!
