They need to hire someone new to handle the phone. The guy hang up on me mid question. Please just test the people you hire. Someone this rude just loses you business .
Asked for esim replacement. Got 60$ quote. Didn't tell me it's just 5$ self serve esim replacement. They also gave a number that was useless automated offer a callback.
I had a great experience at Sheridan mall from Jeet he helped me with the data transfer even though I didn't get my new phone from him. The reason why I came here for data transfer is because I had a bad experience at Jane and Finch mall from where I got my new phone. The manager of Jane and Finch store is not at all friendly and is really rude. I would highly recommend people to come to Sheridan Mall.
My screen was broken. They helped my with placing a order for a new phone. I was really stressed earlier. The guy working there made the whole process extremely easy. Would definitely come again.
If i can put zero star i will do it. If you want good service just go to yorkdale mall. The guy working there cannot help. They just come to work and get paid and do nothing because they are lazy. Poor customer service. What the use of kiosk there if you are not knowledgeable to answer customer needs. Koodo is one of the cheapest and quality plan providers but the worker sucks!!!!!

Went on Dec 1, 2019 and first checked in with the rep at around 3:30. He was uninformed of the deal that Public Mobile was offering for Black Friday, but was prepared to provide it to me. He asks if he could take his lunch break first, which would be 20 mins, according to him, and I didn't want to deny him of that. I shopped around for 20 mins and returned to the booth and there was no sight of him. I waited until 4:10 and decided to leave as it was no longer worth my time. All I wanted was to purchase and activate a sim card.
