I was just passing by this mobile shop while roaming in the mall and witnessed something very disturbing. A man, who I later found out is the manager of the store, was abusing and fighting with a female staff member inside the store. I was shocked to see such unprofessional and unacceptable behavior happening openly in a workplace. This is not how any manager should treat their team. It left a very negative impression about this store and its management so they can improve on their work culture
Zack gave me excellent customer service. He spent almost an hour to give his best customer service. I will highly recommend to go to him. He has alot of patience and dedication in his work. Wonderfully service I ever received in my life.

I was there and there was this Indian lady who helped me she was on her phone texting the whole 10 min I was there very disappointed even though she tried to help me.
They could not help me with nothing they just selling service for the company total waste of my time.A new manger is in this store and she is very nice answer all my questions and was very helpful I pay my phone bill here now.
Very nice place , good layout, the look and feel is inviting but the staff do no have the psychology of the customers to hold them down persuasively. Most of the time watching them while passing they seems too busy pressing the phone or fiddling with one gadget or the other.
