The young lady at our location in Parry Sound I believe her name is RJ. So unusual to meet somebody in today’s world, especially as young as she is, who takes customer service seriously she is an incredible asset to your store and to your organization. I hope you appreciate her as much as her customers do.
The staff are knowledgeable, super friendly, and patient. The store is clean and well organized and offers a wide selection. Lots of parking and good hours are a bonus.
Tried to go here after work yesterday, they were supposed to be open until 8:30, but they were already closed by six. I keep trying to shop here, but it's getting really annoying.
Just left there, the girl working had to close it early because the AC is broken. I'm sweating and I was in there for like five minutes, it was so hot I didn't even bother buying anything. It's been weeks and no idea when it'll be fixed. I'll buy somewhere else.

Terrible service, 2 weeks ago I purchased vape device, it was leaking like hell so I purchased different device, the manager said that I can bring the leaking device back and I will get store credit. I had time today so I came to the store, other manager said that he is the real manager and that he can't take the device back even after I explained that I got this offer from other store rep. Very smart manager that prefer to save $40 and not make hundreds of $$ in the long run. By the way a minute before I paid $100 for 2 bottles of juice and new pods. ://
