I have visited many places but this place is the best by far, the guys are amazing these lads are always there to listen to you and give many options and suggestions
I went to the store to buy from one of the vaporesso or smoke brand products. When I picked it up to examine the characteristics of the products, he always disrespectfully took the products from my hand and left them back on the shelf. He did not allow me to examine the features, his attitude is disturbing. If there is someone who will say that he did this for hygiene, he would not take the products in his own hands, he acted as if I would steal me. He asks me which one to buy; How can I know which one to buy without examination?
Absolutely amazing group of guys. Dan and Adrian were great to talk to and the service was top notch. I come down from Borden to get my stuff from here and I’d highly recommend anyone looking for good products, and professional service to give this place a visit.
Bad experience. Warning pp come to here and pay the money , should be double check with your account. I bought a product for 24.77$ after tax. But when i check my account again, they charged me 35$. Totally scamming. Never come back, no honest pp in this store
Went there a few weeks ago and the guy that worked there was very helpful and kind and showed me what was the most popular flavours to buy. I definitely recommend going there. I love it that it’s really close to where I live. I live 15 minutes away from Jane and Finch Mall.
Recently bought 3 envi boost vapes. Was my first time here and 2 of the 3 didn’t work one burnt out immediately and the other one would flicker on and off when hauling on it. Idk if these have a return policy

I would like to appreciate him for his exceptional customer service. He took the time to run me through quite a few things since I am new to vaping and he also shared his experience with me.
