NYX is my go to place but the friendliest is not their best suit especially the girl I dont know her name. The guys are amazing. I've been going there a long time. I think its time for a change and stop going.
I stopped by the store on Wednesday July 16th. Im a regular and have to say the staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly. This date I was lucky to have Marwaa. She took the time to explain the different products and answer all of my long run on questions and guide me to picking the perfect vape for me. THANK YOU MARWAA!!!!!
I keep frequenting this specific branch because of the lovely Kamand. She's super sweet and goes above and beyond to assist me every time. Definitely recommend looking for her next time you're in!

Went in last week and I was given the wrong replacement pods- no matter, I went in today and the two girls working were amazing. I wish I could remember the one girl's name that helped fix the problem. She was great. Give her a raise?!. She got me the pods I needed and made right the inconvenience. They also have great deals on e liquid and I got a disposable for a good price. My new go-to vape shoppe!!! Thanks folks!!
Bought two vice Vapes(5500) After 2 days, one smells and tastes burnt Everything what Manager has to say was, "we can offer you 20% discount on a next one" Btw, he was the one who sold me those vapes and based on his customer service I thought it's his first day on work.
