I would recommend going to elsewhere, to a physical location auto shop. I took a day off work to have my car serviced by Jose. On the phone Jose appeared to be professional. He asked me to let him know if the plans changed at all, and that he would do the same for me. Next day, just two hours before the appointment, Jose said that he wouldn't be buying the oil and the filter to perform an oil change, and that I should buy it myself. I understood his side of things, so I did not disagree. Jose disappeared from the face off the earth, with no notice of being late, or cancelling the appointment, or even a simple message after the fact he did not show up. This is the reason why it is better to go to a normal auto shop. Don't waste your time here with this unprofessional and disrespectful individual
