The owner, Jerry, is extremely empathetic when it comes to his customers. I've been in touch with a couple of mechanics before, but he always goes above and beyond of what's needed. He and his team will keep working after hours to get the job done right. Apart from this, he always takes the time to explain every part and detail in a matter that a non-car person would understand. The only downside is, because of customer demand, there are limited slots for availability and you may tend to wait a while for your repairs to be completed. Otherwise, put your trust in Jerry and he'll do wonders for your car.
