Since I called CSN Garyray, I was treated with concern and respect. Thankfully, my Insurance company was affiliated, which made the process more seamless. In addition, they have a relationship with Enterprise Car Rental, so upon pick up of my repaired car, I did not have to drop off at Enterprise. When I picked up my car, the welcoming friendly service is pleasant. A final inspection of my car went well. All work looks perfect and my car was cleaned both inside and out. I would recommended this collision workshop to anyone looking for clear professional attitudes that back up the excellent work they do for a fair price. Thank you.
I am more than pleased with the service I received at CSN Garyray Collision. The team is great all hands on deck. They go above and beyond to tend to your inquiries no matter how large or small the problem was they tried their best to find a solution. They are extremely busy but handled all the communication smoothly between the insurance company, rental company, and me the client. My vehicle was given back looking brand new. Amazing Work!!! Everyone was so nice took care of me and my car. They took my car in and I got it back a couple weeks later looking so much better. I hope I don’t have to go to a shop again but if I had to this is the place to go.
This is the 2nd time I got auto body work done on my car. The first was through insurance and the 2nd was out of pocket and both times it was the most amazing and seamless process. The staff are so friendly and takes pride in their customer service. I always felt like I was being well taken care of. This auto body shop goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is repaired with top quality parts and service. When I got my car back it looked like a car that was just fresh off the lot. Their paint jobs are immaculate. I've had no issues with their repairs both the previous and most recent jobs and they also offer a lifetime warranty on the parts they repair which shows that they can stand with confidence behind their work. This is the ONLY auto body shop that I would recommend because I've seen and am confident in what they can do!
Excellent work!! Had paint blistering on all 4 doors and hood of my 2020 Wrangler (aluminum parts) and GaryRay worked their magic and returned my vehicle better that new. The paint job was a perfect match. Kudos to those in the body shop. James
