Very dishonest! Stole from my vehicle he probably thought I wouldn't notice it missing but I always take a vid of the contents right before I hand over my keys. Told me I needed new brakes which was never the problem with my vehicle. I paid for all 4 brakes. About a week later I went back with the same issue with my vehicle at that point was when he decided to use the computer to see what's wrong with my vehicle. Their default is to charge for new brakes even when you don't need them.
I had a great experience with City Auto & Tires. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs, but their friendly and professional behavior really stood out. They took the time to explain everything clearly and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciated. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. It’s clear they care about doing quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend them!
I go to fix one of the problem in my car, but instead fixing it they break another stuff so basically they want to ask you to come back every time there is an Issue with Car and they tell you that oh now that you have broken things you make sure you come back so I don’t like this place
Its mine second visit and i put rating on my experience first i change oil which was unbeatable as compare to other service centre and now brake pads i will not say you believe on me just come and feel difference
New management is too expensive and not helpful at all. I have done my break last year and still good enough 70% and the owner insist me to change without that he can't give me safety. I turn to other shop and they sail break 70% life left no need to change
I know the owner.They are awesome very efficient. They are on the busy season I called and got mine and hubby's winter tires changed within 1hr in and out balanced they do good job. Tks boys and happy busy season
This, relativity small, auto repair shop is owned by a good natured, honest Indian individual. All the mechanics as well as the manager, Mr. Varinder, are friendly and respectful to customers. Varinder is so honest that even if the dealer advises me to do some repairs or replace parts, he tells me not to worry and not to spend money, if he doesn't think so. Their service is excellent, quite satisfying, and charges are very reasonable - not exorbitant. You can replace snow tires in just $20. Moreover, they try to minimize waiting time. I have seen many cab drivers and customers of various ethnic backgrounds trusting them. Over all, City Auto is a reliable car repair shop. --------------------------------------- The Indian owner of the shop has sold the business to a Pakistani person, Mr. Mehmood, who is a nice, friendly, and industrious man. Although the place is kept clean, the business is not flourishing like before.
