My family has been coming here since day one and they cater and deliver to all our family events also we have had plenty of functions at the restaurant , food is always great and will be placing my Christmas order in soon. thank you to keele and finch heat family :) The Sookrams
The food has always been great. Been eating from this restaurant from the beginning of time 20 years +. Love the fact that they serve pork. That’s a must for me.
Order was supposed to be ready at 3pm at 3:40 it still wasnt ready. The owner stood there drinking a beer with customers before speaking to me about the delay. Just very unprofessional
Would give this place 0 stars if i could. Ordered a party tray of pork fried rice with bbq chicken, chow mein and shrimp and found a disgusting insect in my food. I called the restaurant and they provided horrible customer service. I asked to refund the party tray as our guests did not feel comfortable eating the food anymore. The restaurant said they wouldn’t provide a refund. The restaurant said there was no way of them having bugs in the restaurant as their “doors are closed” as if bugs walk through the doors and are not found on the ceilings or floors. I informed them that I would leave them a bad review and would not order again at their restaurant and the guy said if you do that i will not refund you. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Had the worst experience here, the owner was very rude when I asked why my combo was mainly rice and 5 pieces of chicken it looked like crumbs not even full chicken pieces with my combo. He said did I expect 25 pieces? Totally uncalled for because how can it be a combo with no chicken?
Got hungry and I decided to stop at this location and grabbed veggie Chowmain for myself and coworkers. Boy did I make myself look like a fool after seeing how terrible the food looked and tasted. I called the restaurant to report my issue about the Chowmain that had zero veggies inside and I tasted as if they dipped it in boiling water and served it. I was told that’s how they make it and they refused to change it or refund my money. All went into garbage just as this restaurant. Please stay away from this place not worth you time or money. The restaurant owners or staff will never write back to acknowledge their poor service or do something for their customers after seeing all the reviews. I hope one of these days City Safety & Food inspectors show up and shut them down. Disgusting
Good food ordered by phone for pick-up. Staff is not good in communicating. so rude. Such as waste, I like the food but won’t be coming back because of the experience.
